The DAP, DAR and PATSARRD, together with partner and recipient cooperatives, launched the centers last July and August in the said provinces consecutively.

Through the ICT wares given to the six-eAGRIKultura centers, farmers, fisherfolks, and agribusiness entrepreneurs can now access electronic information they need to improve productivity and, later even to sell their produce in the market.
Through the e-AGRIKulture project, jointly implemented by DAP, DAR and PATSARRD, staffs and core team members of the e-centers also received Basic Training on computer operations, programs such as MS Word, Excel, and Powerpoint, and how to use the copier, printer, scanner and also digital camera.
This is to ensure that not only farmers but also other members of the community can make full use of the ICTwares for their information and business needs.Business planning activities are also underway to help the e-centers map their day-to-day operations and generate income in the long run.
The six e-AGRIKultra centers are housed and located in the following: Los Arcos Multi-Purpose Cooperative (LAMPCO) in Prosperidad, Agusan del Sur; Tag-osip-El Progreso Agrarian Reform Beneficiaries’ Multipurpose Cooperative in Buruanga, Aklan; Libertad, Multi-Purpose Cooperative in Tubigon, Bohol; Alipao Multi-Purpose Cooperative in Alegria , Surigao del Norte; Cabacungan Primary Multi-Purpose Cooperative in Allen, Northern Samar; and Kinangay Sur Agrarian Reform Cooperative in Clarin, Misamis Occidental.
